- 1.1 12.1. Objective: Perform a running landing as per task 1066 UH-1h ATM 2007
- 1.2 12.2. Competencies expected: The pilot will demonstrate running landings by
- 1.3 12.2.1. selecting a suitable landing area
- 1.4 12.2.2. maintaining ground track alignment with the landing direction
- 1.5 12.2.3. maintaining a constant approach angle clear of obstacles to desired touchdown point.
- 1.6 12.2.4. touchdown aligned with landing direction ± 5 degrees, at / slightly above effective translational lift (ETL).
