26. TASK 1335: Perform low level auto-rotation with turn

26.1. Objective: The pilot will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to perform low level auto-rotation with turn as per task 1335 UH-1h ATM 2007.

26.2. Competencies expected: Senior Wings certification standards and for this task, the pilot will demonstrate establishing an entry altitude and airspeed as directed and perform a low level auto-rotation and turn by

26.2.1. maintaining 80 knot attitude during the turn

26.2.2. establish 80 knot attitude before reaching 100’ AGL

26.2.3. performing a smooth, progressive deceleration

26.2.4. maintaining heading alignment at touchdown ±5 degrees
