====28.1. Objective: The pilot will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to perform fast rope insertion and extraction operations as per task 2054 UH-1h ATM 2007====

====28.2. Competencies expected: Senior Wings certification standards and for this task the pilot will demonstrate====

=====28.2.1. maintaining entry altitude as directed ±10 feet=====

=====28.2.2. maintaining an entry airspeed of 80 KIAS, ±5 KIAS=====

=====28.2.3. maintaining a track aligned with landing direction=====

=====28.2.4. performing a smooth, controlled termination to a hover over the insertion point=====

=====28.2.5. a deceleration attitude not exceeding 30 degrees=====
